LOOK UP
If you put a BUZZARD in a pen six or eight feet square and entirely open at the top, the bird in spite of his ability to fly, will be an absolute prisoner. The reason is that a buzzard always begins a flight from the ground with a run of ten or twelve feet. Without space to run, as is his habit, he will not even attempt to fly, but will remain a prisoner for life in a small jail with no top.
The ordinary BAT that flies around at night, a remarkably nimble creature in the air, cannot take off from a level place. If it is placed on the floor or flat ground, all it can do is shuffle about helplessly and, no doubt, painfully, until it reaches some slight elevation from which it can throw itself into the air. Then, at once, it takes off like a flash.
A BUMBLEBEE, if dropped into an open tumbler, will be there until it dies, unless it is taken out. It never sees the means of escape at the top, but persists in trying to find some way out through the sides near the bottom. It will seek a way where none exists, until it completely destroys itself.
In many ways, there are lots of people like the BUZZARD, the BAT, and the BEE. They are struggling about with all their problems and frustrations, not realizing that the answer is right there…”above” them…
Have a wonderful day and Don’t forget to look UP!!
DESPITE THE FEAR
Courage is not the absence of fear; it is simply the will to move on despite the fear. It is the ability to take risks, act despite the danger and keep fighting until the end. It is what you do in spite of the fear, in spite of the resistance and in spite of what you want right now. Courage is deciding that there is something more important than the fear. Courage actually means that you recognize the difficulty of the task but you are ready and willing to do it anyway. It is the judgement, decision that we will fight this, that we’ll beat the odds, that we won’t let it get the best out of us, that until we have the success story, we will never give up.I only pray to live in a way that COURAGE and not fear directs my life.

You will often see someone get treated unfairly. It happens practically in all facets of our lives. Individuals who deserve recognition do not get it. They toil, labour and sweat for rewards but at the end they dont get rewarded for their actions.
By taking up the fight and making sure others get what they deserve and earned you will be a true hero. You are making a lasting impact in their lives and you will be rewarded with love & help in the future when you are in need.
The law of karma says that whatever you do you will get back in three folds. Helping others is therefore a selfish act, but still a good act because as you try to help others, you are trying to attract help to yourself unconsciously. It is an act you should do without fear, with love and with the knowledge that one day you will be rewarded.
OPERATION FIGHT FOR JUSTICE & EQUITY.
Isaac Newton must have been a great thinker when he postulated the first law of motion and said "all objects will continue in its state of rest or uniform motion until they are acted upon by a force".
Everyone will continue to remain in the state of rest until the force in them propels them to take action. We will forever remain in that state of uniform motion until we decide to change gear. We will forever remain in that state of stagnancy until the force in us propels us to take action, until we're ready to make a change.
This force within us is so powerful that we underestimate it and is so deep that within us lies slumbering powers, powers that would astonish us that we never dreamt of possessing, forces that would revolutionize our lives if only we arouse them and put them into action.
