Courage
is not the absence of fear; it is simply the will to move on despite the fear.
It is the ability to take risks, act despite the danger and keep fighting until
the end. It is what you do in spite of the fear, in spite of the resistance and
in spite of what you want right now. Courage is deciding that there is
something more important than the fear. Courage actually means that you
recognize the difficulty of the task but you are ready and willing to do it
anyway. It is the judgement, decision that we will fight this, that we’ll beat
the odds, that we won’t let it get the best out of us, that until we have the success
story, we will never give up.
I only
pray to live in a way that COURAGE and not fear directs my life.
