THE UNKNOWN 'YOU'

Everything in life was created with potential and possesses the potential principle. In every seed there is a tree…in every bird a flock…in every fish a school…in every sheep a flock…in every cow a herd…in every boy a man…in every girl a woman…in every nation a generation. It is just a must that everything you can ever think of is potentially blessed. Tragedy now strikes when a tree dies in a seed, a man in a boy, a woman in a girl, an idea in a mind. For untold millions, visions die unseen, songs die unsung, plans die unexecuted, and futures die buried in the past. The problems of our world go unanswered because potentials remain buried. We are responsible for the potential stored within us. We must learn to understand it and effectively use it. Too often our successes prevent us from seeking that which yet lies within us. Success becomes our enemy as we settle for what we have. Refuse to be satisfied with your last accomplishment, because potential never has a retirement plan. Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do. In essence, what you see is not all there is, everything in life is an embodiment of greatness in prospect.

But only one sun;

But Everest towers over them all.

There may be many pebbles on the shore,

There may be billions of people in this world, But there is none as powerful and endowed as you are.

If everything that catches your EYE catches your HEART, my brother, you are in trouble o. It is because you are bound to pursue everything that catches your heart. And as you pursue everything that catches your heart, you lose focus in the pursuit of certain things that are actually suited for you.

The first day, you see a beautiful looking; fair, moderate girl and you say you will pursue her. My brother, you don enter trouble 1 be that.

The second day, you see a pretty looking; fine, light, tall girl and you say you will pursue her. My brother, you don enter trouble 2 be that.

The third day, you see a well designed, black Porsche Cayenne car and you say you will buy it.

My brother, you don enter trouble 3 be that.

The fourth day, you see the most beautiful girl in Nigeria and you say this girl must be yours. My brother, you don enter trouble 4 be that.

The fifth day, you see a very well tinted SUV car and you say you just must buy & own the car. My brother, trouble raise to power 5 be that

………

You’ve got to be selective, never let everything that catch your eye catch your heart. It is a normal thing for beautiful things to catch your eye but don’t let it all catch your heart. Choose the best. It is not everything that you see that you deserve. If you deserve everything, what will be left for others. You don’t deserve everything but you certainly deserve the best. Now, pursue this ‘best’ and make sure that until you get it you are not coming back.

YOU DESERVE THE BEST NOT EVERYTHING.

AS CR7 ACES LEO

Although, almost a month after the big event, it may seem rather late, but it is better late than never.

  

Cristiano Ronaldo (Cr7) is definitely one player you can’t but reckon with when it comes to the world of soccer. As an established footballer, Cr7 won his first ever Ballon D’or award in 2008. However, consequent upon his win, he was defeated four consecutive times by another of world’s best-LEO (LIONEL MESSI). CR7 fought tooth and nail these four times but it seemed the victor’s song wasn’t his. Mother luck however smiled on him on the 13^th of January, 2014 as he was awarded the world’s best footballer of the year for such a gallantry and intrepid fight in 2013.

I wondered, had CR7 said, ‘I failed four consecutive times, why don’t I just give it up? Maybe I wasn’t meant to win this the second time, maybe I wasn’t meant be to win this award anymore…’  Had he said that, he would have missed his opportunity.

One sure thing you wouldn’t know is whether your next attempt or trial might just be your best. It is until you take it that you will know whether it’s your best or your next at best. And since you are not sure, the best thing you can do is to keep on fighting until the odds are in your favour.

The goal you missed ….. does not necessarily have to be the end for the match, but it is the one that should propel you to take the next shot as best. So without thinking of the one you missed, try to get the next as best.

The greatest harm you can do to humanity is for you to quit just because you failed to get the goal.

KEEP UP THE FIGHT. YOUR BEST DAYS ARE JUST AHEAD.

THE FUNERAL

The main door to the company had a notice which read this:

''Yesterday, the person who has been hindering your growth in this company passed away. We invite you to join the funeral in the room that has been prepared in the gym.''

In the beginning, they all got sad for the death of one of their colleagues, but after a while they started getting curious to know who was that person who hindered the growth of their colleagues and the company itself.

The excitement in the gym was such that security agents were ordered to control the crowd within the room. The more people reached the coffin, the more the excitement heated up.
Everyone thought, 'Who is this person who was hindering my progress?'

One by one, the intrigued employees got closer to the coffin, and when they looked inside it, they suddenly became speechless. They all got to stand near the coffin, and all ended up shocked and in silence, as if someone had touched the deepest part of their soul. There was a mirror inside the coffin: everyone who looked inside it could see themselves. There was also a sign next to the mirror that said:

''There is only one person who is capable of setting limits to your growth, and it is YOU!''

Your life does not MAXIMALLY change when your boss changes, when your friends change, when your parents change, when your husband or wife changes, when your company changes, when your location changes, when your money changes, when your status changes. No, your life changes when you change, when you go beyond your limiting beliefs.

Examine yourself, watch yourself. Don't be afraid of difficulties, impossibilities and losses. Be a winner, build yourself and your reality. It is the way you face life itself that makes the difference. The starting point of maturity is the realization that no one is coming to the rescue. Everything you are or will be, is entirely up to you. Have a sorrow-free day!
