WALK YOUR OWN WALK

Walk your own walk in this life. Travel down your road; don’t follow other people’s path. Keep your head up and eyes focused on what you know to be true for you. Don’t look down on your feet and even if you would, pick up anything that will help you in your journey. If you come across an obstacle or an impasse, pay mind to it. Find courage to surmount it and continue on your journey. Offer your hand to those you come across who are stuck in their own personal traps, but do not point them in the direction you feel they must go, that has to be their decision. Eventually as you are getting there, take a pause, look back, and appreciate all those who have helped you along the way. Take a look at the footprints you have left. Are they faint or obvious? Can others tread them? Can it help others in their journey? If yes, keep it up, if no, try and effect the necessary changes. Your journey may be worthless after all if it has no prospects of helping others get to where you are. Walk your own walk and leave your footprints. Remember you only live once.

THE CROSSES

Each person with his or her own cross; it's the drama of life that everyone gets to partake in. Everybody will receive the crosses even bosses, you can not deceive the process. The process is in progressions, no one ever jumps a step. So close your leaky faucets, gather up your losses, no one ever said it will be easy. Just try to do your best, then try to do it better, you can never betray the process, the crosses are parts of the success.

THE TRUEST BEAUTY

True beauty is knowing who you are, accepting yourself and then occupying your space. Beauty comes from within and it shines outwardly into the open revealing everything wonderful about you, telling your stories, speaking your voices. There is something special that we all treasure deep inside and no one can ever take that away from us. No one of us is exactly the same, we are all different. You’re an individual. You’re you. What makes you is your smile, your voice, the way you walk, your interests, your love, your personality, your features. They are the most beautiful things about you. Another person’s love, interests, voice, smile can’t be beautiful in you. You can’t be someone else and expect your beauty to radiate. Your truest beauty is when you’re you. Be real. You are most beautiful being yourself.

THINK OUT'TA THE BOX

Don’t believe in all those stuffs like they do. Don’t believe them when they say it is impossible. Think outside the box, break all the locks, tear down the gates, move all the stops, break the rules, stand out, be great, be amazing, be real, be yourself, do what you want, do what is naturally yours. Play the games, we all know the scores (WIN). Sometimes take the loss; it’s all part of the game. Just try, I mean try, try to be better, finer, stronger, kinder and please don’t ever lose YOU because after everything is said and done, the very essence of it all is to be the best of yourself. The best of yourself I mean not the best of somebody else. I hope to hear from you soonest.

RUN YOUR RACE

Everybody is not going to like you and not everybody is going to understand you. You don’t have to try to explain yourself. Don’t spend your time trying to win over your critics, just run your race. Your time is not enough trying to spend some pleasing everybody. Understand that if you’re going to do anything great in life, not everybody is going to be your cheerleader. Not everybody is going to be your uncritical enthusiast. Not everybody is going to be excited about your dreams. Not everybody is going to appreciate your efforts. If you changed with every critic, you would be living in a revolving door. Stop worrying that somebody might criticize you. Be yourself, run your race, care less about their censures. Your dreams are never tied to what people say about you but what you say about yourself. Quit listening to what naysayers are telling you, stop living to please people and start living to actualize your dreams. You deserve being happy after all.

NEVER TRYING

The biggest failure of all is never trying. There is one thing worse than failure and that is not starting anything at all. It is the most unfortunate method of failing. Being afraid of an idea or a venture not working out that we are scared away to the point where they never get underway. Never trying is much worse than trying and failing. If a person is scared to try because they might fail, they are living life scared and will not get much out of life. To be scared is to be afraid of failure. The biggest failure, even the worst of it beat the hell out of never trying. If you have an idea, get into it and do your best in it. If you don’t try, you‘ll never know your capabilities. If you try, it’s either you win or you lose. You never know what you are capable of until you try. A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable but more valuable than a life spent doing nothing. TRY! Nothing is worth limiting you from pursuing your dreams.

KEEP YOUR HEAD UP

Keep your head up through it all. It may be challenging but it’s never insuperable. Life was never meant to be easy, it is a constant struggle with extreme lows and highs, hills and valleys, depths and culminations. The strongest warriors are always made from the toughest battles. The wisest of all people have experienced the most intelligent situations. The most successful people keep stepping, even when they can’t see past here and now. Life is meant to be like that, it is never a lap of luxury. All the troubles of life will never permanently leave; they are parts and parcels of living. Keep your head up, lower your shoulder, stay strong, hold on, stick with it, hang on, stand tall, stand proud, stay positive, never bend your head, hold it high, stick your chest out and run over anything that gets in your way. Do all those and you have no other option than to experience triumph and victory through it all. Never get discouraged, everything you are going through is a requisite for a better end.  “When a volcano erupts and destroys everything in sight, it leaves in its wake the most fertile land ever seen on earth”. Even after the darkest night, the sun still rises. Keep on keeping on. You are closest to your crest.
